How refunds work inside the 90-day buyer warranty.
When you can return
You have 90 days from delivery to report a problem. Change-of-mind returns follow the seller's own returns window shown on the product page.
How to start
Open your order, choose the item, pick a reason and describe the problem. Photos help a lot with damage.
The seller answers first. If you cannot agree, open a case and our team decides.
How you get your money
Approved refunds go back the same way you paid, normally within five business days of the decision.
Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items are refunded in full, including delivery.
Not covered
Normal wear, damage caused after delivery, and items altered or used against the maker's instructions.
