Who you are buying from

Bazaretti is a marketplace. Each product is sold by an independent seller who owns the stock and ships your parcel. SELLERPRO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED operates the marketplace, takes your order and handles payments and disputes.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code. Keep access to that inbox private — anyone who can read your email can open your account.

Give us a real name, delivery address and phone number. Wrong details are the most common reason a parcel never arrives.

Orders and prices

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when the seller confirms it. If a price or stock level is clearly wrong, we may cancel and refund you in full.

Prices show the amount you pay for the item. Delivery costs and any taxes are shown before you confirm the order.

Delivery

Sellers prepare United States orders for shipment immediately after confirmation. You receive a tracking number on your order page as soon as the parcel is collected.

Returns, refunds and the buyer warranty

Every order is covered by our 90-day buyer warranty. If an item is missing, damaged, faulty or not what was described, open a case from your order page and we help you get a refund or replacement.

Reviews and behaviour

Write honest reviews about products you bought. We remove reviews that are paid for, abusive, or contain personal data.

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale scams or abuse of our staff and sellers.
